Hi,

I have searched on this section and on EEA route application section but unfortunately I have not found answers to my question. I hope someone can help me. I have lost my job because the company I was working moved their office to a another city. I have found a job in the meantime but its only part time and our savings is almost finished as well.

Can I as EU national and my wife (non EU national) with EEA 2 apply for housing benefit and coucil tax? If so what are the consequences for my wife's EEA2 permit? Are there any consequences when we apply for a EEA 4 or BC for my wife?
