ILR TIER 1 (G) SELF EMPLOYED TAX ISSUE

Post by anthony1234 » Tue Sep 16, 2014 6:37 am

My dear Experts

Now the last issue regarding ILR. I had got hsmp in 2010 based on self employment with the earning of 35k net. and again got extension in 2012 as self employment with 35k earnings.
But both the times i had not paid full tax on those earnings which was due after 4 months of the visa issue date.because my earning came down plus some loss after getting the visas hence i paid very less tax.

Now if to go for ILR premier service could this be a problem? if yes what are the chances.
or if i go for tier 1 extension instead would it increase the chances?

I am very worried which option to go for, which one has more chance of success.

I would greatly appreciate your response.

regards

ANTHONY

Have you got P60s or HMRC Tax letters for those earnings?
