Spousal Visa for new relationship

Post by skrylzy » Tue Sep 16, 2014 11:15 pm

I was married in 2007 to a South African who had a SA passport. He came to the UK as a spouse on my visa which was British Ancestral Work Visa at the time. Unfortunately our relationship broke down and he has left the UK.

I have met and married ANOTHER foreign national (Married 4.1.2014).
I now have a full British Passport.

We are now applying for a spousal visa.
I am really worried that the chances of receiving his visa will be less, as this will be the second time I am a spousal sponsor.

Struggling to find anything about this type of situation.

Any help or experience with this would be much appreciated
Thanks
Laura

Subject to you meeting the requisite earning requirement, have divorce, and your spouse can pass an English Language exam, i believe you should be able to sponsor him.
