Further leave- flr(o)?

Post by newbie2014 » Sun Aug 17, 2014 9:46 pm

hi all,

I was granted discretionary leave to remain which will expire soon .
I would like to know which application form should I use to apply for a further leave to remain.

I have another issue; On the discretionary leave the UK border issued 3 years ego , the middle name they put on the visa should be the surname. will it be an issue ??

Thank you,

Hello

I have been told that I should apply under old rules : Could someone help me to clarify those rules.
I was granted Discretionary leave to remain due to the fact that I have children and am married to a British citizen.
what documents should I provide ?
I found that there are too many flr(o) forms which one should I choose ?

thank you

Documents to show that your relationship is subsisting e.g cohabitation documents. Old rules 6 years DLR required for settlement apply by post before current leave expires. If you had spouse leave before DLR, settlement may be available sooner.
