French sejour card

Hi everyone. i've got some questions that i couldnt find any answer,so i hope somebody here can help me out.

I'm Thai and i came to France with tourist visa. and i've just got married with my boyfriend. so, I'd like to know if I can apply for sejour card. my visa will expire in next month. And what papers that i need to show them.
