Has the Home Office appealed against the AIT win cases?

Post by akarki79 » Mon Aug 20, 2007 10:39 am

After going through the AIT wesbite and the cases won posted on the HSMP forum, I realised that even after the favourable decision for the appeal for the HSMP extension, the Home Office can still appeal back showing that there has been an "error in the law".

Of course after you win once in the AIT court you always have the advantage even though the Home Office appeals back, but I just wanted to know if there has been any appeals as such by the Home Office for the decision given in favour of the appealants regarding the HSMP extensions?
