'Neither do you need to register the marriage here.' - how can I explain it more clearly.

I really think your wife needs to give you a hand here. :?

You don't need to register your marriage in the UK.

You don't need a police check. If no one had any questions, there wouldn't be a forum

You can go to college as long as you're paying for it. Your visa will state "no recourse to public funds" which means you can't study freely.
Whatever you claim when you're not supposed to will go against your visa renewal when the time comes.

Education doesn't come under Public Funds. I believe you'll find that you will be entitled to free or discounted rates for study after 3 years residence.

If you show her earnings and the savings you won't have a problem.

Hey casa , im really worried about this , she earns almost 11.000 pounds a year , and since i told her that we don't need savings as u told me , because we reach more than 18600 , she moved some savings recently to another bank account which is not held for 6 months
but there s another acount held for 6 month has like 24.000 pounds , what do u think ??

When you submit the paperwork the last bank statement shouldn't be more than 28 days old.
