Quick question on EEA2

Hello everyone,

I have been looking through this forum for an answer to my question. I was wondering if someone could help with the question below.

Can my wife who is in the UK on a spouse visa get a EEA2 residence card if I am a British Citizen?

No. For doing that you have to return via surinder Singh route from other EU member state.
