Request to send NARIC letter and timeline approval letter

Eligibility criteria: Work Permit 5 Years and Then 1 Year ILR
Language criteria met : Life in the UK test and Print out of points based calculator - but see below
(UK degree, exempt countries, PBS used documents, NARIC, or B1 test):
Current nationality: Indian
Method of application: NCS
Council name if NCS used: Manchester
Date of application: 06/06/2014
Payment method CC/DC, Personal cheque, Bankers cheque etc: Debit Card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 12/06/2014
Date of acknowledgment: Recieved on 16/06
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 12/06/2014
Date approval received: Not yet received??
Date of ceremony:???

I posted documents on 18th and received by UKBA on 19th September. It has been 4 days and I have not heard any updates from them.

How many more days it will take now to receive approval letter? Any Idea

In my case I have received letter asking for NARIC letter so was not sure how many more days it will take to receive approval.

Wondering any folks here had similar experience?
