urgent help required property on sale

just wanted to find out what happens if i send off my wifes papers to the home office and i sell my flat, have already done a survey report on the flat and have given that my to my solictor. i am looking at houses so would i have to delay my application then get another survey on the house ?

will know they if i have sold my flat or not?

They won't know if you've sold your flat,but if you change address in the course of your application, then you should be prepared for anything as this can delay your application.
If you've got a flat,you don't really need survey report on the property if you're not sharing with anyone.
