I have 3 passports but officer ,who checks my documents, takes only -2- passports. She said that she wants only the first stamp that I entered the UK as HSMP. She does not need my first passport which had the very first stamp as I enters UK as student.

Have you checked your emails as I have seen them sending acknowledgement via email.
