Does wording differ for refusal email? I'm so scared

Four days?incredible! But relax,it doesn't mean you've been refused.I'm confident with all the efforts you put into it,it's should be a positive news.
Just wait till you get information to pick it up.

Yeah just 3 full days after submission in Dubai, we paid for priority. I'm feeling hopeful but scared still obviously. Thanks for the reply
