which tracking service are you referring to? You can only track using the International enquiries phone number or e-mail form as far as I was aware?

Yes. Six months payslips and six months bank statements showing the salary going into the account.

Three months payslips/bank statements was pre-9th July 2012.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... rement.pdf

Look at 3.3.5.
but this document was published in July 2014??? we applied on 20/01...
Don't worry about the date on the document, I am sure the older version would say the same thing. Aren't you the guy who earns £32K a year, its such a shame you failed to prove it.[/quote]

Yes the previous document says 3 months payslip only when we applied in January. the Immigration Rule was published in February. I will speak to my Mp and try to overturn it InshAllah they have also mentioned the wrong date of application on the Refusal letter.

And now they are asking me so many questions:/ I was suppose to get sms updates however didn't receive anything:@

@sami3 so sorry to hear that but it is a 6 month bank statement and 6 month pay slips u have to go, don't appeal it u won't stand a chance as they will say u only gave 3 months pay slips. If u re apply u will have a better chance, plus u will already have ur current bank statements and pay slips so just re apply so Sorry to hear bad news.

Please pray for me everyone.

Can your case get refused if you don't submit your passport stamped pages? Or would they request for it due to all other documents being completely submitted?

They mentioned that we applied on 14/04/2014 but we actually applied on 20/01/2014. I wonder how they are assessing the applications.

Date of application on refusal letter: 14/04/2014
Correct Date of application: 20/01/2014
Date of Refusal on letter: 29/09/2013

Yes if they say that i applied on 14/04/2014 then i need to provide 6 months bank statements but since we applied in January and this 6 months rule came only after February 2014. But they never bothered to ask for additional 3 months bank statements and reject it. They know it very well that my income is 32k. They just need an excuse to refuse cases.

Attested copies of sponsor's passport stamped pages would help but if your are referring to applicant's passport I am not sure. I guess eco can always flick the pages to see their selves the stamps on the passport.

yes you are right they need an excuse to refuse and unfortunately you gave them one. You had to submit 6 months payslips with 6 months bank statements. You are wrong saying that this rule has come out in feb 2014, it actually came out in 9th July 2012 when the income threshold went to £18600. We applied first time back in oct 2012 I clearly remember reading the rules being 6 payslips with 6 months bank statements.

Yes it is necessary because it can show your relationship is subsisting and genuine, it helps the eco to cross check your wedding date against the stamp on the passport. however, having said all that if you have provided other forms of evidence and enough of it to prove your relationship is genuine and subsisting then you don't need to worry.

As long as you have covered the communication period from when you met till application date then you should be fine. Deen is all we need to please Allah swt, I pray in sha Allah you will have a positive outcome.

Is it necessary to provide communication evidence from when you meet till application date?

I thought 6 months would be sufficient?
