ILR, 10 years long term

Post by Binafsha » Sat Oct 04, 2014 12:31 pm

I spent 10 years in UK as a dependant( student/Post study work/ILR). Currently I am ILR holder dependant. I have 2 British registered children, aged 8 and 5 years old. During this 10 years period, once I have been away from UK for 11 months in a single trip. Additionally, I was away couple of times, but not more then six months in any single trip. In total, I was away for 18 months from UK.
My question is as follow:
My child was seriously ill while I was on holiday in my home country. Due to my child received treatment, my holiday was extended to 11 month. I am able to provide medical documents about treatment.
Can I apply for ILR visa an above circumstances?
