Hello,
This question has been asked before on this forum before but still not very clear what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.
I wish to ask it again, to have some clarity.
I am in UK on Tier 2 visa and have got MARRIED last week in the UK. 2 weeks later I will be applying for Spouse visa FLR(M).
This is my first application in the UK for spouse visa so I don’t need to provide 6 items of correspondence addressed to me and my sponsor at the same address as evidence that you have been living together.
Please note its only after our marriage, I started living with my husband. My visa application appointment is 2 weeks from my date of marriage. So I would have lived with my husband for only 2 weeks before my visa application.
We have our marriage certificate and photos of us together as proof of our marriage.
My question is do I have to provide any evidence of co-inhabitation with my sponsor?
The tenancy agreement of the rented house where we live together currently has only my husband’s name on it.
Thank you
