Settlemnet Visa Need Help

Hi to All

Im hoping someone out there can help me with my issue

I was in Pakisten in feb 2014 when my wife applied for a visa to settle in the uk with me it is now oct 2014 and still no responce when i call the uk number and make payment via my credit Card i am told your wifes application is still being processed after 8months

When i returned to the UK in March 2014 my wife informed me she was expecting!! I was hoping she would have got her vice within the 13 week time frame and that she could have the baby in the uk.

I live with my 80 year Old father and last month my home was robbed i was not home but my father was the. he was beaten and tied up and they stole alot of sentimentle items from my home. this incident has left my father in a terrible state i am unable to go or do anything unless i take him with me. i am stuggling to even work i need my wife to be here so i am able to go out a earn a living

Could someone please advice of what i can do i really do not know what to do or where to start!!!
