hi senior members

can someone plzz help me with this query.Me and my husband have ILR.my husband working fulltime pay is gross £24000.I am looking for job.I applied for JSA and today i receive letter saying i don't have enough NI contribution.Can i make JSA in joint name.I am not interested in JSA but am actively searching job for 4,5 month and there is no luck.
is there any benefits me and my husband can claim except child benefits?

You can't have contribution based JSA as you haven't contributed enough. You can't have income based JSA as your husband's wage is too high. You can't put in a joint claim as your husband has a job and his earnings are too high.

It sounds like you are claiming all the benefits you are allowed.
