My son is 6 years old born in UK never left the country, I am Bulgarian nationality have been working in UK for the past 5 years. Separeted from the father 4 years ago and dont have any documents of him, dont know his whereabouts. So I dont have any evidence for the Home Office that I have been working on bases of being exempt from a work autorisation as a family member of EEA national (as he was Polish national).I do have all my payslips,p60,p45 for all the 5 years, but dont know if Home Office will accept them without any evidence how I start to work in a first place.
