cash payment into bank account

Post by rizmir » Fri Oct 10, 2014 1:09 pm

Hi is there any one can highlight pls
i am doing second job in money transfer company, the company hasn't got their own business bank account as they are under big company license.
they are registered as PAYE and they pay me cash salary which they submit in my bank account under their company name reference
and in bank statements the money comes from their company name.
is there any suggestions that is acceptable and that cash payment in to bank account corresponds to the payslip date as well.
regards
Rizmir

should be alright, so long as it can be attributed to the company.

Thanks Obie

really appreciate for ur prompt response
actually by seeing other threads and some guys told that British high commission refused most of the cases of cash payment salaries, even those persons submitted HMRC tax and every thing, they raised the objection that why salary has not been paid from company bank account.
whether it is necessary to mention cash or BACS in payslip or its automatically understood.

It is cash in hand, or circumstances were taxes were not paid, that UKBA tends to reject.

If money was paid by your employer, there is a contract of employment, and taxes are been paid, then it does not matter whether or not the payment was Bacs or not. Appendix FM-SE does not say it has to be a BACS payment.

Thanks Obie

You elaborately cleared the confusion.
the persons reporting the rejection that could be due to not corresponding to their payslips, i.e., payslip shows the period of like 5th march and cash payment was made on 12 march.

Mine case is cash payment corresponds to the payslip date as well. And money source attributes the company name on my personnel bank statements

thanks

MP cannot usually intervene when matters are with the Judiciary.

It is the policy that the legislator cannot interfere with the Judiciary.

Bte thanku for quick help actually
Iapplied for spouse visa 31 january 2014

reason was Your 2nd job's salary why not going into bank account.. (this is the poilcy of that compny to pay cash)
It was just 280 a month tht usually use for expences.. First job husband already getting 16500 gross tht going ibto bank and approvd by bhc.. 2nd job was few pound job and use for expences thts y we didnt put in bank but bhc took objection. Although we hav all proves tht job is genuine like we hav tax records ee have employer letter we hav accountant letter n his acconts book prove n wage slips tht yes we r getting this amount of salry n job is genuine

so this is only 1 reason of refusal.

my husband want to lodge appeal becoz they are saying that we have all the prove that yes we are earning and the job is genuine and we have paid taxex on this job salary. we can prove them with employeer n with accountant letter too.

please guide me.. will it be helpful to make them clear the point and possible to get visa??

Thankyou
