Speeding ticket and ILR Due in 5 Months

HI All

I have ILR due in March next year and unfortunately today i have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for Over speeding :(

Also, i have received this NIP after 28days from the offense due to house move.

Can anyone please guide me if this will affect my ILR Application ? if so what are the measures around it ?

any help will be highly regarded.
