As you have said that you have a company and your accountant filed dormant accounts this means you didn't had a business bank account and you have not transferred the funds in to the business account. Even if you did not traded during that period if you had file the accounts showing money in business bank account and paying some expenses like accountant fees and legal fees etc. that would have helped. In my opinion you will have hard time to prove that you had established business in first year.
My advice seek some professional help.

samreenkazi wrote:thank you for answer. i took 50k route within uk after my psw and on the guidelines it does not mention requirement to invest within 6 months. i might be wrong but can you clarify on this please.
MTZ510 wrote:You can invest in 3 years but what i am saying is that if you had transferred some money in to your business account and even had paid few expenses like accountants fee, telephone bills etc from company bank account then you could have filed the accounts showing that your company was active and looking for contracts in first year.
Its not about investing its about being actively trading.

samreenkazi wrote:thank you for your comment brother nasirkhan. i agree with you completely but i became worried when @MTZ510 mentioned in his first post that i will have a hard time with my extension. i am trying to prove my point to MTZ510 that i have complied with home office rules even though there is no business activity in my account initially. i would welcome other members to give their viewpoints.
thank you
