Naturalisation Query

Hello All

Could you help me out with my query please?

I got my ILR after being on Tier 1 for 5 years and my wife and kids got ILR as my dependants
I was supposed to be applying for naturalisation but unfortunately was caught talking on mobile while driving
My query is can my wife and kids apply for naturalisation on their own without me?

Your wife can apply only if she is a resident for the last 5 years and has ILR for one year.
I am sometimes wrong.
