WHEN CAN MY WIFE APPLY FOR ILR

I married my wife Dec 2013,at that time i was on an permanent residence,i am a British Citizen now,

my wife is from Russian Federation,she

1.came to UK on a student visa in 2007 valid until 31/12/2008
2.Next visa student Tier 4 valid until 13/06/2012
3.Post study work visa from 20/08/2012 to 15/08/2014
4.Married in Dec 2013
5.Currently on a spouse/partner visa from 17/01/2014 to 17/07/2016

when is the earliest can she apply for an indefinate leave to remain?

The Only circumstance before the time i gave is, under the Domestic Violence provision or Bereaved spouse.

I really will not wish those two on you.

I will advise that you enjoy your marriage life and forget about settlement, and you will be surprised how quickly the time will go by.

I'm not an expert but she should qualify for long residence route in 2017.
