sis, don't worry. look at my t/l.

my wife was interviewed july and was promised a rfc within a week. 3 months later nothing. I had to force a ECM to bring up my case and make a decision.

my main worry was could the eco refuse on the basis that my wife couldn't understand the questions in English. I will tell you now they cannot refuse your application because your spouse wasn't able to understand the q's. the only requirement is your spouse passes a1 test. however, just like in my case the eco had to undertake further checks to establish the authinicity of the English certificate.

so don't worry, they have already decided on your case regardless how your husband responded to the interview.

Thnk you for replying and making me feel betr his interview over the phone went fine i just dont wana wait anymore this wait is killing....and painful hope i just hear soon in sha Allah

Kehkashan i know we are in the same boat floating in the middle of no where... Im sure Allah will gve us the ajr of this wait. In sha Allah

My worry is iv applied in lahore wht of thy b funny as in late in contacting or something? Is it for sure u recive the confirmation email that says your application has been prossessed?

Keep me in your dua all n in sha Allah i will too thank you x

lol I don't now where you heard that from.

UKVI email service is run by an external company which has nothing to do with the BHCs around the world. As i said before you can email then once or a 1000 times it doesn't make a difference. people sitting at those computers in UKVI are their just to respond to the visa queries nothing else. they can't speed up your visa and they can't slow the progress.

However ECOs will tend to get the easier/ straightforward cases out the way first to reach targets i.e. cases which are easy rejections or approvals and leave the more difficult cases to last i.e. cases which have missing evidence, require more background checks, suspected fraud etc...

If I was to send documents without them asking for it would it be ideal to send it through an mp or send it of with a registered/recorded delivery with the recipe?

Has anyone tryed this before?
