applying Dependent visa for my child

HI,
My baby was born in UK and she is in india now , i didn't apply UK VISA while she was here.
iam in Tier-2 (general) visa, i need to apply Tier-2 dependent for her.

i have 2 question:

1. Iam not sure which application form to select, whether its a family visitor visa.

2. if i select family visitor visa, will i be able to renew her visa in UK next time, when i renew my visa in april.
