Hi dear admin, i came in the uk 2004 as a student last application was student visa extend which is now pending for dicission already i have completed 10 years rule in 21/09/2014 can i apply for ILR? my wife came in the uk 2011as a pbs dependant and i got two kids they are born in uk one is 32months other one is 2 months i didont inform ukba about them.what should i do about allof them? plz let me know.

If you have been in the UK continuously for at least 10 years, then you may apply for SET(LR) and your wife may apply for FLR(M) (5-year route). Your UK-born children would be entitled to register as British citizens immediately after you are granted ILR.
