Court summon from Council can affect my Naturalisation?

Hi All,

A quick question, soon I am going to apply for Naturalisation but today don’t know how I have been sent a court summon letter from Council for not being paid. I have no idea how I missed one of the council tax instalments. The letter says if I pay the displayed amount, I will not need to appear in Court. I am happy to pay the amount but my worry is if it’s going to affect my neutralization and won’t let me have British passport? Any advice to fix?

Neutralisation? Bit drastic lol! No need to get yourself castrated, just pay the arrears and you'll be fine.

I know you meant Naturalisation too!
