You can travel without restrictions as long as your non UK passport is valid.

Yes I'm Indian citizen and hold an Indian passport. I will keep the 90 days count and work my travel dates around that. And remember in order to get back on a flight to the UK you'll have to prove to the airline staff you're allowed into the UK.
