Change of address - BRP

Hi,
With every house move, do I have to notify the Home Office by filling the "Change of circumstances" form for updating BRP ?
If yes, then in that form, there is no provision for filling the "Previous Address". The help page on the form clearly states -
Provide the previous and the new address in full including the postcode

Can anyone please advice ?

Hi,
I have seen the form. There is no provision for Previous Address (as I aksed earlier), How do I fill ?
