I have received a letter from Capita for my wife only today. They asked that my wife do not have leave to remain in the UK. I didnt receive any letter.

I called them and gave the appeal number and date of the appeal to Capita. My appeal is currently pending with the UT for the permission to appeal in UT. I am here for 9.9 years.

I am concerned that [probably] my solicitor has forgotten to submit my wife's appeal along with my appeal in the UT. Is this what I would be expecting or I m missing here something?

I will be applying [Inshallah] ILR in December 2014 and my solicitor is suggesting that he will withdraw the appeal when my 10 years will be completed and apply ILR on this basis.

I need your advice on this please.
