What are my options

Post by HSMPer » Mon Aug 27, 2007 9:11 pm

Hi Guys,
I'm in need of help.I have a BSc in Computer Science and some IT qualifications,I am currently on a student visa pursuing my MSc but unfortunately I'm now stuck and can't afford the second half of my fees.I have about 8 months on my student visa and I'm unable to continue until I pay my fees.Recently I had my HSMP declined due to having a gap in my previous employment. So that's out of the window.

What else can I do to try and get a work permit or something else and switch my course to a part-time course.I've just got about 8 months on my student visa.I'm depressed at the moment. Please help. Thanks

Well your best bet is Work Permit, your retail experience wont do you any good however system admin exp would be handy, you need to find a company that would sponsor your work permit

I know its easier said then done, however beleive me nothing is impossible so you have to try your best.

Good Luck
