Applying for British Citizenship by Descent

Post by srtaylor86 » Fri Nov 07, 2014 12:24 am

Am I able to apply for British Citizenship by Descent?
What steps do I need to take?

My mother is a British Citizen (born in Scotland) and so are both my grandparents on her side. She was born in 1960 and moved to Australia at the age of 12 with her parents. I was born in 1986 in Australia, my father was Australian & my parents were married.

The laws have changed considerably over the years or so I have heard.

I am a citizen of the following countries:
Australia
Estonia

Just apply for a British passport.
