Tier 1 2nd extension given for 2years not 3

Hi Seniors,

I applied for Tier 1 PEO extension (2nd extension) and received 2 years where I understand I should be granted 3years.

I wrote to Croydon office regarding the same and the have come back saying

"We are not able to deal with your enquiry as it relates to policy.
We suggest you contact the Tier 1 Case Consideration Team direct. "

I am not sure how to contact "Tier 1 Case Consideration Team ".

If anyone has done that in past or has any info on the contact details, please share.

My current extension(2yrs) covers me through my 5yrs but with Tier 1 extensions closing I wanted to have some buffer if in case anything unforeseen occurs and delays ILR.

I Got my Initial Tier 1 General in Oct 2009 - 3yrs
1st ext in Jul 2012 - 2yrs
2nd ext in Jan 2014 - 2yrs
