Hi everyone,

I have gathered all documents and will be sending on Monday to HSMP.
Below are the list of documents that I would be sending. Please let me know if there is anything that I have missed though I have gone through the list again and again.

Category: Educational Qualification Points claimed: 30

1 Original Degree Certificate

Category: Previous Earnings Points claimed: 45

2 Indian Income Tax return (ITR1 form which has replaced the previous Saral form) Period claimed is from June 2006 to May 2007. Tax year in India is from April to March

3 Original pay slips signed and sealed by the employer May 01 2006 – March 18th 2007. I had been working in India till March 18th 2007

4 Original pay slips signed and sealed by the employer March 19th 2007 – May 31st 2007. I have been working in Finland from March 19th 2007.

5 Covering letter(salary letter) signed and sealed by the employer

6 Signed and sealed Full and Final settlement sheet to show the salary settlement after transfer to Finland (March 18th 2007)


Category: Age Proof Points claimed: 10

7 Original Driving license (Indian)

8 Notarized passport copy As an additional document for age proof, notarized copy of my passport has been provided.

Category: English language requirement

9 Original Degree Certificate

10 Original letter from University stating that the medium of instruction has been English

Others:
12 Notarized affidavit for the certificates bearing difference in the way my first and last name is used

I have seen a lot of people applied with a letter from the University the attended stating that the medium of instruction has been English without all other details that caseworkers expects to see. A friend use a sample that bears a close resemblance to what caseworkers expects from a website. You can check it out via:
