Earnings question

Post by Amaryia » Thu Nov 13, 2014 12:01 am

I apologize in advance if this topic has been covered in a previous thread. I am a U.S citizen and my fiance is a British citizen. He is in the U.S with me now visiting on a 90 day VWP. He flies back to London January 26th, 2015 - We plan to marry at the beginning of January before he leaves. We want to be together no matter what country we live in. The U.S. requires that I make 35k a year for me to sponsor him to come here.

How much will he have to make for me to be able to move to London to be with him? I have 3 children I will be bringing with me as well, if that is even possible - so much I don't know, sorry.

Thanks for your time and patience :)

He'll have to have earned £27,200 pa in UK for six months prior to application. Do you have substantial savings? You need to as you need to bear in mind that with three kids the visa costs alone will be crippling, £3540 for the initial entry visas for everyone.....
