SET (M) or FLR (M)

Post by Tabassumps » Sun Nov 16, 2014 2:43 am

Hi

Can I seek urgent advise?

I have ILR on 15/08/2014 on 10 - Year basis as I came in UK on student visa & My Family ( Wife & Son) join me in 2010 when I was on Post Study Visa then I moved to HSMP , (My Family grant my depandant of Point base (HSMP) in 2011 & also got extension in 2013, they are still on same visa as this will expire in 2016) & now I grant ILR.

I want to apply for my family visa but not sure which form should I use SET (M) or FLR (M) ?

Can Any body help as we plan to visit our family urgently but i want to solve this mystery first? I am confused with " under paragraph 281, 284, 295A or 295D"

Many Thanks

Tabassum

They may apply for FLR(M) (5-year route, Appendix FM-SE, Guidance).
