spouse FLR

Hi everyone I am new to this but I am desperately seeking advice for my husband. We still have 1 year left on his first spousal visa but are getting everything ready for his registration with his Embassy in the UK (I know after 1 year of being here hes just remembered he had to) and making sure we have all the correct documents as I remember applying the first time it was a headache.

Has anyone got the updated list of documents needed from my husband for the application for FLR. We have gone down the 5 year route in order to help our case. We have a son born in the UK with a british passport so we are exempt from any extra financials. I earn above the threshold but it is really affecting my family life as I have to work long hours in order to earn the salary. I would love to go part time next year to spend time with my family and if there is a loop hole (like they combine the salaries to make one figure) I would love to know about it.

I believe that your husband's salary may be included as he is legally in the UK (1(c)).
