Thai Child with Finnish Passport

HI,

Not sure where to put this one so will try here.. Feel fee to move it if needed.

Scenario: My wife if Thai and has been granted a settlement visa that's valid for 2.5 years ( and plan for FLR then ILR and eventually citizenship ).
Anyway, she was previously married to a Finnish guy ( killed in a car accident ) and they had a son together. The little boy has a Finnish and Thai passport ( both recently renewed ).
We took the decision that my wife would join me in the UK for a couple of months then the little boy would come after she settled.

Question: Since the little boy has a Finnish passport, what is the process for him to join us in the UK? Can he just travel here on his Finnish passport and we sort it out then ( and if so what do we need to do? ), or will we need to do something else?

Any info will be much appreciated.

Its quite simple as the kid is a EEA national. He can enter in Uk without visa.

Thanks for the reply. So just to confirm, The little boy can travel here to live with me and his mom, attend school and everything without a visa.. Just sounds a little too easy ( because things rarely are in the UK ).

Thailand doesn't permit dual citizenship (tho they don't seem to bother) so it might be wise to check that.
