Hello every one
Just would like to know if there is away of getting my wife to the uk for short visit
For the time been I just want here with me for short visit not satlment visa
As family visit .
Can I use. Family visit visa. Or. General visit or there is other way
I want here to come here not for satlment just visit. Stay with me 6 months and go back as I'm not sure if I live her or I move abroad
I'm british citizen. And she is non euo citizen
Also when she is here can she study English coures. Short course. Just to improve her english .

What is the best option to get wife over here just for visit
Short stay max 6 month to year .
I don't want to go throw english test minimum wages and stuff
And when she is here can she pass the test life in the uk test ?

Due to the fact that you the husband is based in the UK, there is a possibility that they may form the view that she is coming to stay, unless you can show them She has ties in her home country, or a reason to return to after her holiday.

If you're able to show she has strong ties to her home country and a reason to return without overstaying, if they grant the family visitor visa she can take the A1 English test while she is here. She doesn't need the Life in the UK test as this is for permanent residence (ILR).

Well I m planing her to come her for visit when the visa expire she will go back
Because at the moment I'm not sure I will be here for long time.
That why I want here to come on family visit visa .
Better then. Passing the test wait 3 month for result. Then apply for satlment visa it take 3 to6 months . Plus costy

So my self want this way just for she visit me stay for couple of months then go back .

How should I prove her ties to her country example ?
She is not work.
Put she is studying is that help .
