Wow good to see these approvals...encouraging...I guess I will be next:)...

I called HO today and used the "more than 6 months" option, they took my details and told me its "under consideration". I applied around a similar time to you (start of Sep) and yet to receive any good news.

I wish I can though.... ...but its encouragign to see that the september approvals are moving fatsre than I had anticipated..

Mate try waiting 2 and half weeks for ceremony. These were the longest 2 weeks since my application.

tbh i wouldnt wait 21/2 weeks fr ceremony unless there is no private set-up available. After all this process I will want to have it closed out asap. its just depressing thinking about when the journey started prior to ILR.

mate tbh i will go for a provate ceremony if the bucks is there. afterall i paid 906 to be kept waiting incommunicado
At least you know you have scaled that hurdle of approval which is the main thing...

legit2011, I am in the same shoes... applied on 10 Sept, still waiting... starting to get a bit worried seeing October approvals starting to come through and no sign of mine. And I thought mine was a very straightforward case...

In my case...i had a driving conviction...which was cleared in 2012...I got my ILR based on spent driving conviction...I also checked my PCN and disclosure scotland (all clear of any conviction) and attached copies of these certificates just like i did during my ILR application. To me that is the only thing outwith a straightforward application, same employer all through as a permanent staff

My friends I am also looking for a brown envelope but postman giving me only white which I don't bother I have applied on 11 September NCS Rutherglen glasgow. It looks to me, my application will take forever to come btw i also have 3 points on my licence but not from the court they would remove from my counterpart coming January, but I think it's no gonna make any effect on my application, as my other friends got approval with points, let see when they send me that glorious brown envelope:)

i dont think you have a worry there, however i guess the delay is that they carry out checks via 3rd party to confirm if one is clear especially if you declared you had a conviction wether spent or unspent. In my own case it it spent.

i guess it takes a longer period of time for these checks to come through and such cases are normally dealt with by a senior CW, who are just a handful compared to the number of applications they receive that needs further checks. I am sure most of the guys who have received approvals do not have any need to disclose any spent conviction hence the more straightforward approvals we have been seeing.

I am sure the much awaited brown envelope will be received soon....fingers crossed bro....

Yes definitely our apps need more deep and special checks as compare to others, those who applied with us and got their approvals, if our apps don't need more checks then, by the time we already received our approvals too soo I would say we should little more wait, and it's only two months gone average approval's time is almost three months so lets see in next two weeks will get by the grace of God

Approvals are usually slow at start of week. Thursday till Saturday are the days when most of the approvals come through. Seems like either people aren't updating the thread or HO has just pushed their files under a desk or something.

I am still patiently waiting, applied on 27 of September, Home Office received on 29 of September, I called them today, the same answer "its under consideration please wait" I can see there is only one person approved who applied on 29 September, but I think my application is logic according the duration.

The only thing which is worrying me is I have changed my middle name and I attached my Deedpoll certificate on the application, I don't know whether that may delay my application and they may need further checks, can any one contribute if you get the same case as mine?
