Hi,

My grandma has got ILR can she apply for a British passport? if yes what is the procedure
Does she need life in uk test to apply for it?
What are the fee?

Assuming she meets the standard requirements she is entitled to apply. B1 English and the Life in the UK test aren't required as she is over 65. Here's the link you need:
