Should we guess some information or can you detail it pls.

When was the application submitted?

Where was it submitted (town/country)?

Is it a VAF4A spouse application or a PBS dependent spouse application?

You can withdraw (cancel) the application but you will lose your visa fee.

Try to resolve the problem instead of trying to withdraw application, INSHA'ALLAH things will be better for both of you soon.

yes u can simply contact the consulate where you made the application and it can be done via fax etc but remember it might impact any future application made by your wife etc.

so think wisely and decide.

What do you mean by 'send back all fill'? Do you mean 'documents'? :?

I don't have a problem with my eyesight...your question wasn't worded clearly. :?
You will have to contact the visa application centre where your wife's application is being handled and withdraw your support. The estimated time for returning documents is 10 working days, but it could take longer as there's no guarantee. I'm guessing that as your wife would have submitted the application, that all documents will be returned to her address, but you'll need to query this. Did she submit your original passport?
Hopefully, you'll show respect and at least let your wife know that you no longer want her to join you here before she finds out from a third party. As you've been advised, be sure that you don't want to proceed before you withdraw your sponsorship as any future spouse visa application will come under close scrutiny.
