My appeal from the FT was dismissed and we want to apply permission of appeal from ft to ut with 14 days i just confused deadline of date. it mentioned on court web site as are following:

The First-tier Tribunal will provide a copy of the First-tier Permission Application form with promulgated decisions as appropriate. This form should be completed and lodged with the Tribunal no later than 14 days after the date the decision was sent to you. (The time limit is 28 days if you are outside the UK and 3 working days if the case is a fast-track case). The application will be considered by a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, who will decide whether to grant permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

on the letter which we have received from court date is : 12/11/2014
but we received on 14/11/14

i just want to confirm my deadline to appeal from ft to ut start from 12 Nov. or 14 Nov???

any help plz

I stand to be corrected, but rule 33 seem to indicate it will be counted from the 14/11.

I believe the day a party was provided with a noticed is the date they received it and not when it was drafted.

Make sure that the application reaches the Tribunal within the 14-day time limit.
