Hi,
Please refer below dates
1st Visa: 1st Oct 2010
First entry: 19 Jan 2011 (>90 days of issue of visa)

Then after 3 weeks I went back to India and came back on 16th April. Joined job on 18th April 2011.
It was approx 2 months and 2 weeks I was not in UK and no job/salary.

Visa extn: 10th Aug 2012
Valid till: 9th Aug 2015
Certainly, i need another extn. (Let me knwo if there is any measure of avoiding )

My question is, when can I apply for ILR at the earliest. 19th Jan / 18th April?

Also, what are the convictions which can be trouble for ILR. e.g. I was stopped and my details were noted when tail-light of my car was not working. Can such things be a trouble?

Result: Monday, December 21, 2015.

You can apply for ILR on or after December 21, 2015. you have to apply for Tier 1 extension in April 2015 as Tier 1 extensions will be closed after April 2015.

I was stopped by police when tail-light of my car was not working.
They noted my details and gave me warning but no fine.

Happend last month, so will be 3-4 months before my extn.

Can this thing be a trouble in visa extn / ILR?

You can apply for ILR on or after December 21, 2015. you have to apply for Tier 1 extension in April 2015 as Tier 1 extensions will be closed after April 2015.

As you entered UK less than 90 days, So your start date for qualifying period will be 1st Oct 2010. And if you add 4 years 11 months 2 days it will be 4th Sept 2015. So you can go for ILR on or after 4th Sept 2015. But your current stay will be till 9th Aug 2015. So you need another extension, So you can't avoid this situation.
