Red Signal Jump : 7 days to ILR PEO

Dear Friends,

I believe, I have been "flashed" while driving at a red signal ( in A312 Harlington Road Hounslow/Feltham).
My peo appointment is scheduled for 5th Dec 2014.

(1) I may get a traffic offence with penalty before 5th dec 2014.

In this situation, what shall i do?. How shall this affect my application?

(2) I may get a traffic offence on the day of application , ie, 5th dec 2014.

In this situation, what shall i do?. How shall this affect my application?

Apologies if this is a repeat question as I could not find the "red signal jump" and ilr applications.

I am slightly worried and a little bit tensed at the moment.

Any help / suggestion from the community will be greatly appreciated.
