Documents Required for H1B and Interview Location

hi folks...i am seeking answers to 2 questions which have been boggling my mind for some time....

1. What are the documents i would require to carry to the consulate for the
H1B Interview

2. I am currently in the UK and will be here till the year end. The document
says my cosulate as bombay...but could i attend the interview iwth the US
embassy at London.
