First Tier 1 Visa Granted : 01-Mar-2010
UK Entered: 27-April-2010
Tier Visa valid until: 25-Feb-2015

I would like to whether I am eligible for ILR since I am entered on UK dt. 27-April-2010 (After 57 days).
1. Will this break my continuous period if not, when I will be eligible to apply ILR?
2. In the SET(O) application, how long do yo live in UK Year and Month? How this can be mentioned in my case?

you can apply 28 days before to 01-Mar-2015

The entry clearance stamp date is counted as the date of the start of the 5 year lawful residence not the Entry date in the UK itself, under the condition that the Tier 1 G migrant enter within 90 days of the EC.

you can apply ILR from 02 Feb 2015 to onward

Please do not send us your application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply. If you do, we may refuse your application with no refund of the application fee (if a fee is charged for your application type). However, you must make your application before your current permission to stay in the UK expires.
