ILR for Contractors : Income help needed

Hello All

I've got Tier 1 visa starting on 10th of March, 2010 and ending on 18th of Feb, 2015.

When calculated, number of days: 4yrs, 11 months, 9 days of visa granted.

Am I eligible for ILR? if so from when?

I'm a contractor on tier1 since December 2012, and have been charging myself a fee of £1000 per month as employee.

I took £34,000.00 as dividends while the remaining is taken out as dividends on my wife's name.

As I've only paid myself (PAYE) £12-14,000.00 in last 12 months through taxes with £34K as dividends.. Is (12K+34K) enough to show in name of earnings or do I have to show a min of 20K (through PAYE) for last 12 months?

I've paid 13K in name of corporatio tax for reference!

Please help in this regards.
