Question on completing FORM UKM

I'm in the process of completing the form and there is a section titled

"Details of your Mother's parents if relevant (see page 4 of the guide)" and then asking question about granparents and birth dates.

Do I need to complete this section If my mother is British Born and she has British birth certificate? Page 4 of the guide does not explain when this section is required to be completed

I don't have the grand parents details so I'll need order birth cert and I'm required to complete this.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

You could write 'details not known'. Although, some of this detail should be on your mothers unabridged birth certificate.
