Delay applying Child's British Passport after naturalisation

Hi,

My son's (under 18) naturalisation letter was approved in March 2014, but I haven't applied for his passport.

Does anyone know, if there would be any issue while applying for his British Passport now?

No issues, as there is no requirement for British citizens to apply for British passports. It's by choice.
